Don Holden Joins Cayuse as Managing Director of IT Managed Services

We are excited to welcome Don Holden as Managing Director for IT Managed Services at Cayuse Commercial Services!

In this role, Don will lead the strategic vision and execution of Cayuse’s IT Managed Services, driving secure, scalable delivery models that enhance mission-driven work for government, tribal, and commercial clients. His leadership will strengthen service offerings, create lasting client value, and accelerate growth across the organization.

Don brings over 25 years of experience in building and transforming Managed Services and Professional Services organizations. Prior to joining Cayuse, he served as Vice President of Professional Services at Planview, Inc., where he led global teams, scaled delivery operations, and turned services into a core growth driver. Don’s career also includes supporting mission-critical operations for organizations like NASA, the Department of Defense, and Hughes Aircraft, demonstrating exceptional expertise in compliance, operational rigor, and innovation.

Don’s proven ability to unite delivery, product, and business strategy will help propel Cayuse’s IT Managed Services to new heights.
